Hi Kay,

Thanks so much for writing and sharing your concern about the ads. We were not aware they were showing politically charged content and this does not reflect our views or opinions whatsoever. We will communicate with the ad network who controls that ad space that we don’t approve of this ad and would like it removed.

We only work with ad networks who are known to be not showing controversial ads and so this is surprising to hear this. We will talk to them to see what is going on and let them know its not ok.

I hope you’ll still decide to give us a try as you will find our content to be in line with the article you are reading and not the ads.

I’m curious as to whether this reflects the values of this magazine, and I hope you know what I mean. I started visiting your website only recently and wanted to subscribe but this gives me serious pause. (Of course, if these ads do reflect your values you probably don’t want my money.) Do let us know.
